About the role We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a major Financial Crime transformation program, delivering critical initiatives across AML reform, transaction monitoring and enterprise-wide regulatory change.
Key responsibilities Lead requirements gathering and business analysis across Financial Crime programs Partner with AML, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Technology teams Facilitate workshops and translate regulatory obligations into business requirements Support the delivery of transaction monitoring, KYC, CDD and financial crime risk solutions Develop process maps, business requirements,



user stories and target state designs Drive stakeholder engagement across large-scale enterprise initiatives About you 8+ years' Business Analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services Solid Financial Crime domain expertise Proven experience delivering AML Reform programs Proven experience delivering Transaction Monitoring transformations Proven experience delivering KYC and Customer Due Diligence initiatives Proven experience delivering Financial Crime risk and compliance programs Experience working on complex enterprise transformation programs Exceptional stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Ability to bridge business, risk, compliance and technology teams Please apply now if this role sounds of interest.
