Description Bring your positive energy and problem solving skills to a role that keeps our hubs welcoming, organised and running smoothly.
We're looking for a friendly, organised and people-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Employment Training team in Melbourne's west.
As the first point of contact at one of our Youth Projects hubs, you'll play a big part in creating a space where young people, visitors and staff feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
It's part customer service, part administration and part keeping-the-place-running-smoothly.
You might be helping someone find the right support, organising appointments, answering enquiries or making sure the team has what they need to get on with the day.
Most importantly, you'll help us deliver high impact support with no judgement.

What you'll be doing Creating a warm, welcoming and inclusive front-of-house experience Helping young people, visitors and stakeholders with enquiries and connecting them with the right person Managing reception, phone calls, appointments and meeting room bookings Supporting the team with everyday administration and accurate record keeping Keeping site supplies, visitor processes and general hub operations on track Pitching in, solving problems and helping make the experience better for everyone who uses our services What we're looking for You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can bring calm, organisation and positive energy to a busy environment.
You'll also bring: Experience in customer service, administration or a similar people-facing role A Certificate III in Community Services, Employment Services or related study Strong communication and interpersonal skills Great organisation and time management Confidence working with people from different backgrounds and lived experiences The ability to work independently while still being a great team player You'll also need full Australian working rights and be willing to maintain a current Working with Children Check and National Police Check A bit about us We are an independent,
