What You'll Be Doing We currently have multiple vacancies available for dual Stockroom and RetailTeam Members at our WHSmith stores in Perth Airport.
The Stockroom Side As a Stockroom Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring that our stores are always fully stocked and ready to serve our customers.
Your duties will include: Stock replenishment - moving stock from stock rooms to various stores.
Action promotional and general merchandising.
Working in a team to ensure the store is always presentable and fully stocked for our customers.
Working across a range of WHSmith stores at Perth Airport Ensuring safety across all elements of your role.
Please note that this role requires heavy lifting The Retail Side As a Retail Assistant at WHSmith, you will be responsible for:



Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Processing purchases accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Replenishing stock, merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is clean and well presented.
Assisting customers with product enquiries and offering recommendations.
The successful candidate 1 year of warehouse / stockroom experience would be advantageous but not a must.
Must be available for early morning starts (from 4am) or late evening finish (12am to 2am) Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferably minimum 2 years of retail experience.
