Make an Impact As an NDIS Coordinator, you'll work closely with our customers, their families and key stakeholders to support them throughout their NDIS journey.
You'll use your knowledge of the NDIS to help customers understand and maximise their plans, prepare for planning and review meetings, and ensure their goals and support needs are clearly represented.
Building strong relationships will be at the heart of your role.
You'll advocate for customers, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and help identify the right services and supports to enable customers to achieve their goals and maximise their independence.
Key duties of this role are to: Support customers through NDIS onboarding, planning and review processes.
Prepare customers for NDIA planning and review meetings and advocate for their support needs.
Complete accurate and fit-for-purpose NDIS planning documentation.
Build strong relationships with customers, families, nominees and key stakeholders.
Work closely with Service Delivery teams to understand customer goals and support requirements.
Support customers to make informed choices, exercise control and maximise their independence.
Identify appropriate services and supports aligned with each customer's goals.




Maintain current knowledge of the NDIS and share information and guidance with customers and stakeholders.
Manage a customer caseload effectively, ensuring actions and deadlines are followed through.
Contribute to continuous improvement and positive customer experiences across our services.
What you can bring to the team You're a customer-focused professional who understands the NDIS and is passionate about helping people with disability achieve positive outcomes.
You'll be confident building relationships with customers, families and stakeholders and comfortable navigating complex situations.
You're organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities while ensuring customers remain at the centre of your decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will have: Strong working knowledge of the NDIS and its planning and review processes.
Experience working with people with disability, ideally intellectual disability.
Experience supporting customers to identify needs, overcome barriers and work towards solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Experience working collaboratively with families, nominees or decision makers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisation and time-management skills with the ability to manage a customer caseload.




The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
A customer-focused and person-centred approach.
Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or a related discipline are advantageous but not essential.
You will be required to undertake a "Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
