Job Description Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming patients and handling general enquiries in person and over the phone Managing appointments, bookings and patient recalls Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records Providing chairside assistance across general, restorative and cosmetic procedures Preparing treatment rooms and assisting clinicians during appointments Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment Following infection control procedures and maintaining a clean clinical setting Supporting stock control and other day-to-day practice tasks Qualifications To succeed in the role, you will bring: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, with a working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Confidence on reception, including bookings, enquiries and payment processing Warm interpersonal skills and clear, calm communication Strong attention to detail and solid organisational habits Experience using EXACT dental software A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (advantageous) Additional Information Why join Maven Dental Maroochydore?
