15th September, **** We are seeking a Relationship Manager, Energy Infrastructure Projects to join our Corporate Trustee Services team.
Reporting to the Head of Energy Infrastructure Projects, this role provides critical support across two specialised government energy infrastructure trustee appointments.
You will work closely with government agencies, legal advisers, boards, finance teams and other stakeholders to ensure operational obligations are delivered effectively, compliance requirements are met, and exceptional client service is maintained.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced financial services professional to contribute to major infrastructure projects while developing specialist expertise within trustee services and government-related appointments.
Key Responsibilities Support the management of specialised government energy infrastructure trustee appointments.
Assist with day-to-day operational activities, including payments, reimbursements, budgeting processes, client reporting and audit requirements.
Coordinate and prepare documentation for execution and ensure appropriate authorisations are obtained.
Assist with the negotiation and administration of legal and transactional documentation.
Provide ongoing reporting and communication to clients and stakeholders.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, boards, finance teams, company secretariat teams and government bodies.
Ensure client instructions are processed accurately and in accordance with relevant procedures.
Support the safekeeping and administration of assets and critical documentation.
Contribute to project work, special initiatives and client requests as required.
Assist with compliance monitoring, internal control testing and regulatory obligations.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while delivering exceptional client service.
What You'll Need to Succeed Demonstrated experience within financial services, funds management,
trustee services or a related industry.
At least five years' experience in financial services.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
A client-focused approach with the ability to work proactively and independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to learn new areas of the business.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Law.
