About the Opportunity
This role provides hands‐on delivery support, financial analysis and modelling across HammondCare's transformation portfolio. Working within the Transformation Office, the role partners with initiative owners and business leaders to help plan, coordinate and deliver transformation activity. The role can be flexibly deployed across the portfolio to track progress, support agile ways of working, develop reporting, and strengthen delivery discipline to maintain momentum and achieve outcomes. The role also contributes financial and analytical expertise, including business case development, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, benefits analysis and performance reporting. Working closely with initiative teams and Finance, the role helps ensure investment decisions are informed by robust analysis and that costs, benefits and delivery performance remain visible and well managed. The role is suited to a highly adaptable self‐starter with strong analytical capability,
a bias towards action and a willingness to work across both delivery and financial activities. Experience in consulting, transformation, PMO, business analysis or a similar environment will be highly regarded. This is a maximum‐term contract role for 22 months based at St Leonards with hybrid working opportunities.
How you'll make an impact
Delivery Coordination & Execution Support: Providing practical support to initiatives through planning, tracking, reporting, action management and delivery coordination.
Financial Modelling & Budget Management: Supporting business cases, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and investment analysis.
Performance Reporting & Insights: Developing reporting, analysing performance and financial data, and providing insights to support decision making.
Agile Delivery & Ways of Working: Supporting agile delivery practices, delivery rhythms, prioritisation and continuous improvement activities.
Benefits Tracking & Value Management: Supporting benefit identification, measurement and tracking to maintain visibility of expected outcomes.
Problem Solving & Delivery Intervention: Providing hands‐on analytical and delivery support to address issues, remove barriers and maintain momentum across initiatives.
About you
Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action 5 – 10 year's experience supporting the delivery of projects, transformation initiatives or business improvement activities
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and develop practical solutions
Experience developing financial models, budgets, forecasts or business case analysis
Ability to analyse financial, operational and performance data to support decision‐making
Experience tracking progress, managing actions, risks and dependencies, and maintaining delivery discipline across initiatives
Experience preparing clear reporting, presentations and decision‐support materials for a range of stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple initiatives simultaneously
Robust written and verbal communication skills,
with the ability to present complex information in a clear and practical way
Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders, initiative owners, Finance and delivery teams
Demonstrated initiative, adaptability and a bias towards action
