Lifestyle Solutions Tamworth is seeking a Trauma-Informed Case Worker & Frontline Coach to support children and young people in Out-of-Home Care. The role splits 18 hours per week with frontline staff in homes and 20 hours per week on case work, planning, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
You will drive trauma-informed, culturally protected practices while ensuring compliance with standards and legislation, building positive outcomes and a resilient care environment.
