for an experienced nurse looking to make a real impact within a growing healthcare organisation.
As the Clinical Lead, you will oversee clinical practice across Community Nursing, SAPOL, School Nursing, and HIT programs, providing leadership, support, and guidance to nursing teams while ensuring safe, high-quality care delivery.
The Programs
Enrolled Nurses (ENs) supporting School Nursing Programs
Registered Nurses (RNs) delivering Community Nursing Services
Registered Nurses (RNs) supporting SAPOL health programs
Hospital in the Home (HITH/HIT) Community Nursing Program
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and support to ENs and RNs across multiple programs
Lead and support School Nursing, Community Nursing, SAPOL Nursing, and HIT services
Drive excellence in clinical practice, documentation, and care delivery
Support complex clinical assessments and decision-making
Monitor clinical performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Lead clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management initiatives
Investigate and manage clinical incidents and escalations
Partner with operational teams to ensure continuity of care and service excellence
Build a positive, accountable, and high-performing nursing culture
About You
You are a confident clinical leader who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Tertiary Qualification in Nursing
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or supervising nursing teams
Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality, and compliance frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment
Current Driver's Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
