Department of Housing and Works is recruiting a Housing Services Officer to manage and monitor a number of Public Housing tenancies, ensuring tenants are supported, rent is sustained, and properties are cared for. The role involves close collaboration with Tenants, Real Estate agents, contractors, and other government agencies to deliver a customer‐focussed service.
The successful candidate will join the Service Delivery division, which oversees roughly 39,000 tenancies and links to GROH,
