The role provides admin support to the Maintenance Manager and the maintenance team, keeping records, compliance docs and job information accurate and up to date.
You will handle tickets, maintenance records, and property compliance tasks (Gas Safety Certificates and EICRs), supporting contractors and Property Managers.
