Job Description
We're looking for a capable Senior Accounts Officer to join our Head Office team in Pinkenba. You'll work across the finance function of a national business, with exposure to reporting, budgeting, controls and day-to-day accounting operations, directly alongside our Financial Controller.

What you'll be doing
n

General ledger and month-end processes
n
Processing weekly payroll and completing payroll reconciliations
n
Preparing P&L; and balance sheet reports
n
Overseeing and supporting AP and AR functions
n
Investigating discrepancies and resolving accounting issues
n
Assisting with internal and external audits
n
Working closely with the Financial Controller on broader finance matters
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance (preferred)
n
Experience processing payroll
n




Strong problem-solving skills and commercial thinking
n
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
n
Pronto or Employment Hero experience is a bonus, not a requirement
n
Availability to work full-time from our Pinkenba office
n
