You will own escalations, troubleshoot across diverse customer environments, and drive issues through to resolution while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Most of the day involves Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server, VMware, and troubleshooting challenging issues while joining customer calls
