WSP's Building Services team in Melbourne is continuing to grow, and we're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established and highly collaborative team. This role offers the chance to lead and deliver mechanical design across a diverse portfolio of projects, including major commercial developments, infrastructure, and emerging sectors such as data centres.
The rolen
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll take ownership of project delivery while supporting the development of junior engineers and contributing to client relationships.

You'll be involved in:

Leading mechanical design for HVAC and building systems
n
Managing projects from concept through to delivery
n
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across Property & Buildings
n
Engaging with clients and stakeholders to drive project outcomes
n
Mentoring and supporting engineers within the team
n
About youn
n
Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent)
n
Strong experience within building services consultancy




n
Proven capability in HVAC design and relevant Australian standards
n
Ability to manage projects and communicate confidently with clients
n
A cooperative approach and interest in mentoring others
n
