Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with seating arrangements
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately,



noting dietary requirements or special requests
Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
Regularly check in with guests, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organised work area, including clearing and resetting tables
Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
Handle payments and process transactions accurately
Upsell and promote specials, beverages, and additional menu items
Accommodate guest requests and provide excellent service
Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a similar food and beverage or hospitality role
Strong knowledge of menu items, with the ability to recommend food, wine, and cocktails (training provided)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work well in a team
Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and carry/lift heavy items
