You will be joining a team of highly motivated and ambitious individuals, including partners
As a valued member of the Corporate Advisory Group you will work on various matters relating to:
Mergers, acquisitions and disposals, and related due diligence,
IPOs, placements, and rights issues; and
Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance issues, including continuous disclosure and corporate governance.
About you
As our successful candidate you will demonstrate a desire,



and the capacity, to work on high profile and technically challenging transactions. You should be an ambitious high performer, looking to work in an environment where your performance will be duly recognised and rewarded accordingly. In addition, you will have:
Three years PQE+
Broad experience in listed takeover bids, schemes of arrangement, private and public M&A; and capital raising
Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act and Listing Rules
Exceptional analytical and drafting skills
Strong mentoring and matter management skills
