The Business Leader is accountable to the Principal for the effective leadership and management of the school's administrative, financial, physical and technological resources; for the delivery of high quality service across the school particularly to both internal and external stakeholders; for innovative improvements to school process; for effective business/financial analysis; and for the provision of timely, strategic advice. The Business Leader also coordinates Career development in line with the school's Strategic Plan for all non-teaching, ancillary staff on the school site.
