Based at Werribee, provide group and individual support
Utilise evidence-based models to offer the best available support
Your role:
This position aims support families, carers and individuals to build capacity and address immediate needs using evidence-based models such as Parents Building Solutions, Tuning in Kids, Tuning into Teens, Circle of Security and Bringing Up Great Kids.
The skills you will use day to day:
In-home family casework, working in partnership with families to achieve their goals, aimed enhancing child/children's development and family functioning.
Reduce risks to children's safety and wellbeing and other family members.
Work with families to empower them to manage their life situation and to take charge of their lives
Work collaboratively with Child Protection, other professionals and families' broader social networks to ensure a coordinated support package is in place.

You get a salary starting at $105,557 plus super plus salary packaging
SCHCADS award level 5
Negotiable through the increments dependent upon experience
The role is offering you a 2.5 day working week if you are looking for more flexibility
Maximum term until February ****
