About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Front Office Duty Manager
to join our team on a
Permanent Full Time
basis.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Country Club & Resort during your shift, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to members, guests and visitors at all times. As a hands-on leader, you will support and guide the Front Office team, work closely with Housekeeping and other departments, and play a key role in maintaining smooth operations across the property.
You will supervise daily operations, resolve guest concerns, support team development, maintain service standards, and help create a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and employees. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment.




As RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this Permanent Full Time role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

As a
Front Office Duty Manager
, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of Healesville Country Club & Resort.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead, supervise and support the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Respond to guest enquiries, requests and feedback promptly and professionally
Ensure smooth Front Office operations, including check-in, check-out and guest services
Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
Assist with training, coaching and development of team members
Support resort operations and maintain awareness of conferences, events and activities across the property
Monitor property presentation and service standards to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
Respond to incidents and emergencies as required and support resort-wide operational needs
What you'll need to be successful
Previous experience in a Front Office supervisory, Duty Manager or leadership role within a hotel,



resort or hospitality environment
Experience in a 4-5 star hotel or resort workplace, with Opera PMS experience highly regarded
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop team members
Excellent communication, problem-solving and guest service skills
Confidence in managing guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of emergency procedures and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Current Driver Licence
Hold a valid Working With Children Check or be willing to obtain one
Excellent personal presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
