ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As a Casual Retail Assistant at our Black Pepper Hornsby store, you'll play an significant role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You'll provide personalised customer service, assist with styling and product selection, support stock management and help maintain a beautiful, welcoming store environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Provide warm, personalised customer service and ensure every customer enjoys their shopping experience
Get to know our customers and help them find styles, colours and fits that suit their individual needs
Offer genuine styling advice and product recommendations to help customers feel confident in their choices
Maintain the store's presentation, ensuring it is clean, organised and visually appealing
Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately at the register




Replenish stock and ensure products are available and presented to a high standard
Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and store goals
Contribute to a positive and welcoming store environment for both customers and team members
ABOUT YOU
You have a genuine passion for fashion and enjoy helping customers look and feel their best
You enjoy providing personalised service and building positive relationships with customers
You have experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role and enjoy working as part of a team
You can adapt your selling style to meet the individual needs of each customer
You are confident, friendly and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are reliable, enthusiastic and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift
You are available to work across
both weekdays and weekends
You can commit to an agreed shift pattern and have flexibility to assist during peak trading periods
You are looking for a
