The role supports the Civil & Open Spaces team, helping ensure the smooth coordination of maintenance, infrastructure and community projects that directly benefit our community.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are quite the same.
You'll be the administrative backbone of the Civil & Open Spaces team, supporting everything from procurement and contractor engagement to records management, work orders and day-to-day operational coordination. Working closely with supervisors, staff,



suppliers and contractors, you'll help keep projects, processes and information running smoothly.
We're looking for someone who is organised, enjoys problem-solving, communicates well with others and takes pride in delivering high quality work.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in administration or business support
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage records and documentation accurately
Strong communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence
