SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER / LEASING MANAGER | $105K + SUPER | INNER CITY
This is a BIG opportunity.
An exciting opportunity has become available to join the launch of a brand-new residential precinct in Inner City, with five towers planned as the development progresses.
The successful candidate will initially come on board for the first tower, with approximately 200 apartments forming the starting portfolio. As the building is progressively brought online, the role will have a strong focus on leasing, resident onboarding and Property Management as the precinct comes to life.
The second tower is expected to come online within the following few months, with three additional towers to follow as the development progresses.
The Role:
For approximately the first 12 months, this will be a hybrid Senior Property Management / Leasing Manager position.
You will be heavily involved in:
Leasing new apartments as each stage comes online
Building the initial resident community
Managing the portfolio as the building becomes operational
Establishing processes and procedures
Delivering an exceptional resident experience
Working closely with the development and onsite teams
Supporting the continued growth of the precinct
Helping shape how the Property Management function operates
Dedicated leasing support will be provided, with additional Property Management support introduced as the portfolio grows.
The Career Progression:

As the development progresses, there are two potential career pathways:
Option 1:
Continue overseeing multiple towers and build a larger Property Management team around you.
Option 2:




Take ownership of your own tower as a dedicated Senior Property Manager, with additional Property Management support brought in as the second tower comes online.
The longer-term intention is for the successful candidate to transition into a pure Senior Property Management position once the precinct is established.

Has strong Senior Property Management or Property Management experience
Has leasing experience and understands the importance of delivering strong occupancy results




Is confident managing a growing portfolio and handling competing priorities
Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Is highly organised and process-driven
Can work autonomously while collaborating closely with onsite and development teams
Is proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Has the energy and drive to help build something from the ground up
Wants to take ownership and make a genuine impact on the success of the precinct

This will be hard work and very full-on, particularly while the towers are coming online, but the exposure and career progression will be exceptional.
You will have the opportunity to grow with the development and help shape the Property Management function from the ground up, rather than simply stepping into an established portfolio.
