About the role
Reporting primarily to the Senior Accounts Administrator, with secondary reporting to the Managing Director, you'll support the accurate and efficient operation of our day-to-day finance functions.
The role will provide exposure across accounts receivable, accounts payable and reconciliations, while also supporting general administration across the business when required.
If you already have accounts experience, you'll have the prospect to put your existing skills to work within an established team. If you're newer to accounts, you'll have support around you to learn our systems, processes and ways of working.
About you
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right.
Is organised and able to manage competing priorities.
Is comfortable working with numbers and learning new systems and processes.
Communicates professionally and confidently with customers and colleagues.
Enjoys solving problems and following tasks through to completion.
Values teamwork and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.
Is willing to learn and develop their accounts knowledge.
Experience or exposure to accounts receivable, accounts payable, Xero or reconciliation processes will be well regarded. We also welcome applicants who bring strong numeracy, attention to detail, administrative capability and a willingness to learn and develop their accounts knowledge within a supportive team.
