Backed by INTEC's global leadership in renewable energy, our team is building capability across site preparation, bulk earthworks, drainage, access roads, foundations, and high-voltage substation civil works.
With the division now established, we are recruiting experienced civil construction professionals to help shape our success from the ground up and support the delivery of major renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
About The Role
As the
Civil Foreman - Earthworks & Roadworks
, you will lead and coordinate civil construction activities across renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Civil Superintendent / Construction Manager, you will provide frontline leadership to crews, operators, and subcontractors to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
You will oversee bulk earthworks, cut/fill operations, road construction, drainage, hardstands, and site preparation activities, working closely with engineering, survey, QA, and project teams to ensure works are delivered to project requirements.
This is an prospect for an experienced civil leader to drive productivity, solve challenges, and play a key role in delivering major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily civil construction activities including bulk earthworks, cut/fill operations, roadworks, drainage, hardstands, and site preparation activities.
Manage civil crews, plant operators, subcontractors, and resources to achieve safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
Plan and coordinate work fronts, monitor productivity,



identify constraints, and implement practical solutions to maintain project progress.
Ensure construction activities are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality requirements, environmental controls, and project schedules.
Maintain strong safety, quality, and reporting standards while supporting successful project handover and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You will be an experienced civil construction leader with a strong background delivering earthworks and infrastructure projects.
You Will Have
10+ years' experience in civil construction, earthworks, infrastructure, or major projects.
Proven experience as a Civil Foreman, Leading Hand, or Supervisor managing civil crews and construction activities.
Strong experience delivering bulk earthworks, cut/fill operations, road construction, drainage, and site preparation works.
Ability to interpret civil drawings, specifications, and survey information while coordinating delivery with project teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with renewable energy, solar, BESS, or infrastructure experience highly regarded.
Construction White Card and current Driver's Licence required.
