We are looking for an experienced Outbound Supervisor – Export to join our Distribution Centre in Pemulwuy.
In this role, you will lead and support the outbound export team, ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and accurately. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow, supporting team performance and helping ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time.

Job Description
What You'll Do
Lead, coach and motivate warehouse team members, including casual and agency staff.
Manage daily workflow, allocate tasks and ensure KPIs and operational targets are met.
Oversee picking, checking, packing, invoicing and dispatch to ensure orders are accurate and on time.
Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse while ensuring WHS requirements are followed.
Support stock control, reporting, team performance and day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For




Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role.
Solid people leadership, communication, organisation and problem‐solving skills.
Proven experience delivering strong operational results in a warehouse environment.
Current forklift and driver's licence.
Strong Microsoft Office skills; a qualification in Logistics, Warehouse Management or a related field is desirable but not essential.
