Communities is seeking Disability Justice Clinicians to support individuals with intellectual or cognitive disabilities involved in the justice system. You will deliver person-centred, family-focused supports and use evidence-based models to improve quality of life and secure community transitions.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with families and carers, and apply risk-aware, restorative approaches to reduce reoffending and promote independence.
