Greencross Vets GP + Urgent Care Noosa is looking for a
Hospital Manager
to lead the operational success of our growing hospital. Working closely with our Veterinary Director and leadership team, you'll drive performance, develop people, shape culture, and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients and patients.
Our unique GP + Urgent Care model provides same-day veterinary care for pets who can't wait for their regular veterinarian, bridging the gap between general practice and emergency care. With extended hours, modern facilities, and a passionate team, no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and develop our nursing, client care, and support teams
Build a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
Drive operational excellence across our GP and Urgent Care services
Manage rostering, workforce planning, and day-to-day hospital operations
Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development
Monitor key performance metrics and support hospital growth
Partner with clinical leaders to deliver outstanding patient and client outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflow, and efficiency




Ensure teams have the support and resources they need to provide exceptional care
About You
You may be an experienced Practice Manager ready for a larger leadership opportunity, or an operational leader from veterinary, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or another service-based environment.
You'll bring:
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong people management and coaching skills
Experience with rostering, workforce planning, and operational performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
A cooperative, hands-on leadership style
Passion for creating high-performing teams and exceptional customer experiences
