Downer is seeking a motivated Spray Seal Foreman to lead our spray seal crews and play a key role in the protected delivery of road construction and maintenance projects. Based out of Dalby, QLD, you will coordinate day-to-day site activities and supervise crews to meet safety and quality standards.
You will work closely with Supervisors, Project Teams and stakeholders, driving safety, productivity and engagement while managing resources and ensuring compliance across the worksite.
