About the role
The Finance business unit provides financial analysis on the various aspects of the organisation, financial planning for the future, tender costing, advice and other advisory services to drive Mind Australia's business strategy and growth to ensure financial sustainability and agility
Key responsibilities
Prepare financial models, forecasts, scenario analysis and planning tools.
Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
Consolidate and analyse financial information from multiple sources.
Review planning assumptions and identify anomalies requiring further investigation.
Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards and management information.
What you'll bring
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related discipline.
CPA, CA or CIMA qualified or actively working towards completion.
Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, management accounting, FP&A; or commercial finance.
Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills.
Ability to analyse large and complex datasets and present findings clearly.
Advanced Microsoft Excel capability including Power Query and financial modelling
