$70,000 – $75,000 per year + Super + Commissions

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will take a supervisory lead on the selling floor, support your Store Management team, and set the standard for what an exceptional Louis Vuitton experience looks like. This is more than a sales position.
Key responsibilities
Create extraordinary client experiences that exceed expectations
Build and maintain your own client book, with a focus on long-term relationships
Lead by example on the selling floor and act as a role model across all aspects of the role
Coach, guide, and motivate the team to perform at their best
Actively manage the floor and the overall client experience
Drive your department's sales performance and team confidence
Prepare and deliver morning briefs and training sessions
About you
Client obsessed — driven to build lasting relationships and guide clients through the world of Louis Vuitton
Goal-driven — motivated to exceed KPIs and contribute to overall store success
Natural leader — comfortable coaching and influencing a team, even without a formal title
Exceptional communicator — engaging, empathetic, and skilled at connecting with a diverse client base
Resilient and resourceful — thriving under pressure with a can-do attitude
Luxury curious — genuinely enthusiastic about fashion and the Louis Vuitton brand
Career driven — ambitious, and eager to grow within Louis Vuitton and the broader LVMH group
Previous experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or another client-focused industry (preferred)
Track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs (preferred)
