With decades of experience delivering high-quality civil and commercial construction projects, our client is a trusted name across regional Queensland. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our growing team.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead civil infrastructure projects from award through to completion.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
- Develop and maintain project programs and delivery schedules.
- Oversee pipeline, water, sewer and utility infrastructure construction activities.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
- Drive WHS, environmental and compliance outcomes.
- Manage project reporting, risk management and client communications.
- Mentor Site Engineers, Supervisors and delivery teams.
- Identify and proactively resolve project issues.

The Successful Applicant

ABOUT YOU





You will be a motivated and highly capable Project Manager with a strong background in civil infrastructure delivery. You will bring:

- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
- 5 - 7+ years experience within civil construction.
- Proven end to end Project Management experience on civil infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering trunk water mains, sewer mains, pipelines and utility works.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control and forecasting.
- Sound knowledge of WHS and civil construction compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Current Driver Licence.
- White Card.

- Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $165,000 AUD plus vehicle and fuel card for unlimited use.
