About the role

As a valued member of our community aged care team, you’ll provide support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. You’ll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care – and who will support you every step of the way.

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include:

Domestic Assistance – Helping with household tasks to keep homes clean and comfortable.

Personalised Support – Assisting clients to live positively, such as transport to appointments and general help at home.

Social Engagement – Encouraging participation in activities and fostering meaningful connections

This role is based in Metro Southwest Perth, and requires travel to clients homes, this will include areas such as Fremantle, Hamilton Hill, Treeby and Canning Vale.

What do we need from you?





Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle

Current First Aid & CPR

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)

Experience in care role highly regarded
