The Opportunity
This established fit-out contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $13M refurbishment and fit-out in Brisbane’s inner suburbs.
The project involves converting a multi-storey office building into a high-spec recreation facility, with approximately seven months of construction.
You’ll lead the site with two Supervisors underneath you, reporting into the Project Manager and taking ownership of day-to-day delivery.

This national contractor specialises in commercial fit-out and heavy refurbishment projects ranging from $500K to $20M.
With offices across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth,



they provide an integrated service spanning design, construction, joinery manufacturing, project management and aftercare.
They deliver projects across a range of commercial sectors and have built a solid reputation in complex, high-quality fit-out and refurbishment work.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Take ownership of day-to-day site delivery
- Lead two Supervisors and the wider subcontractor team
- Drive quality and programme across a high-spec fit-out
- Work closely with the Project Manager through to handover

What You’ll Bring
