The Role

Working directly with business leads and enterprise architects, you will drive the functional lifecycle for SAP Service Cloud V2. You will facilitate requirements discovery, design fit-to-standard service processes, and execute complex hands-on configuration.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead design workshops for case management, work queue routing, and service request lifecycles.
- Translate operational requirements into functional specifications, business rules, and automated workflows.
- Own the solution design across integration points connecting SAP CX modules to back-end SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Guide build, testing, user acceptance (UAT), cutover, and deployment phases.

- Core: SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
- ERP Integration: SAP S/4HANA
- Methodology: Agile transformation environment
- Delivery: Client-facing advisory and functional execution

What You Bring

- Proven SAP Depth: 7+ years in SAP consulting,



including at least 3 years explicitly focused on SAP Service Cloud V2 or SAP ESM.
- Hands-on Configuration: Demonstrated technical capability configuring SAP Service Cloud V2 org structures, workflows, service process rules, and escalation paths.
- Integration Expertise: Strong practical understanding of data flows and functional dependencies between SAP CX tools and S/4HANA.
- Consulting Maturity: Excellent workshop facilitation, senior stakeholder management, and solution design documentation capabilities.
