The key responsibilities of the role will include

- Deliver high level physiotherapy clinical practice with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision. Exercise professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.




- Provide clinical advice to relevant professional/service managers regarding service delivery and development of clinical services
- Provide clinical practice supervision and training to students, assistants, and less experienced [physiotherapy practitioners with the support of senior staff.
- Facilitate and contribute to quality improvement and/or clinical research projects of clinical importance

- High level of knowledge and skills in physiotherapy services within rehabilitation.
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment to influence a clinical or service outcome.
- Ability to independently manage clinical caseloads.
- Ability to monitor and report clinical work practices and outcomes that supports continuous local service improvement initiatives.

- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia
