Established national contractor with a strong presence in the Sydney market, delivering complex fitout, refurbishment and construction projects across commercial, health, education and government sectors valued up to $5oM

Known for taking on technically challenging projects in live and operational environments, the business offers the capability and project exposure of a larger contractor while maintaining a collaborative, down-to-earth, people first culture.

What you'll do

- Lead the pre construction and delivery of complex health and commercial fitout projects from inception through to handover.
- Drive project performance - managing programme, budget, quality, and client expectations.
- Build solid relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Lead, mentor, and support your project team to deliver successful outcomes.
- Champion safety, compliance, and innovation on site.

What you'll bring

- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Exposure delivering fitout or refurbishment projects $10M+.
- Strong commercial acumen and have begun career as a contract administrator




- Strong contractual knowledge with the ability to navigate and resolve contractual matters effectively
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A solutions-focused, collaborative mindset.
