Project Engineer - 6-Week Contract Western Sydney | Tier 2 Builder | Immediate Start
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a Tier 2 builder on a 6-week contract, supporting the design and delivery of a major project in Western Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support to the project team during a critical design phase.
The Role Working closely with the Project Manager, Design Manager and broader project team, you will be responsible for providing engineering and design coordination support across the project.
Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating design documentation, consultants and design deliverables
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Managing RFIs, design queries and technical issues
- Assisting with design coordination and constructability reviews
- Supporting the project team with engineering and technical advice
- Tracking design changes and ensuring information is communicated effectively
- Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with project documentation and reporting as required

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Project Engineer within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environment
- Strong design coordination and technical engineering experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills




- The ability to work autonomously and integrate quickly into an established project team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to engineering and construction
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
