Job Description
You will own the development and continuous improvement of the company's website, working full-time to elevate its marketing capabilities and user experience. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the dedicated Webflow specialist driving the digital strategy forward, implementing design improvements, and ensuring the site performs at the highest level. You'll work directly with leadership to shape how the brand presents itself online and support broader marketing initiatives that fuel business growth.

- Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEDT Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT)
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize the company website using Webflow on a consistent, ongoing basis
- Implement UI/UX best practices to create intuitive, visually compelling user experiences
- Apply SEO and accessibility principles to improve site visibility and performance
- Design and execute website features that support marketing campaigns and business objectives
- Collaborate closely with leadership to translate business needs into polished web solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to maintain site uptime and functionality
- Stay current with Webflow updates and web development trends to keep the platform competitive
- Ensure all web content is presented professionally with strong attention to design detail
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience as a Webflow developer with a strong portfolio of live projects
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Demonstrable knowledge of SEO and website accessibility standards
- Strong visual design skills with attention to layout, typography, and branding consistency
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of website development
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Bonus if you have prior experience working with property management or hospitality brands
- It helps if you've worked in an agency setting and understand quick-paced project delivery
- Bonus if you're comfortable collaborating with additional marketing team members as the team grows
