An exciting opportunity for an administration officer to join a dynamic team at North Sydney Centre of Northern Sydney Home Nursing.

Where you'll be working
You will be working with North Sydney Centre,
Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service, based at Royal North Shore Hospital St Leonards.
What you'll be doing
Provide administrative and operational support to a team of community nurses delivering care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include answering and managing telephone enquiries from patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals, coordinating communication between team members, maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, and performing a range of general office and administrative duties to support the efficient delivery of community-based healthcare services.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Highly professional phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
