We are seeking a high impact Master Production Scheduler to join the Site Supply Chain Planning team at the Broadmeadows site. This is a rapid-paced, critical planning role operating at the intersection of site execution and global supply strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Master Production Scheduling, you will own the master production plan across a rolling 1-12 month horizon, ensuring CSL's critical products are manufactured, released, and supplied to patients without interruption. You will act as the key integrator between Detailed Scheduling, Global Planning, Finance, and Site Operations- preparing robust planning insights, scenarios, and recommendations to support senior management decision-making.
Your Role
Own the master production schedule for an assigned CSL critical product in a dynamic, changing environment.
Act as the primary site planning interface between Site Operations and Global Supply Planning, ensuring alignment from site execution and global supply strategies.
Build and manage capacity plans, identifying risks and opportunities early.
Partner closely with Global Supply Planning, Finance and Site Operations to translate complex scenario plans, trade-offs, and recommendations into clear, decision-ready insights to support senior leadership and governance decision-making.
Maintain high-quality planning master data in SAP and Kinaxis, ensuring plans are credible and executable.
Operate confidently in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring compliance while driving speed and reliability.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across master planning and end-to-end supply processes.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
APICS CPIM certification will be highly regarded.
5+ years' experience in supply chain planning, operations planning, procurement, production planning, or a related function within a pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry.
Experience developing and maintaining master production schedules and capacity plans.
Strong knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis planning systems.
Demonstrated experience analyzing utilization, capacity, demand, and supply constraints.
Proven ability to manage planning exceptions and respond effectively to changing business needs.
Advanced planning and scheduling expertise.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Confidence working with complex datasets and planning systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
