Urbenville & District Multi-Purpose Service is seeking experienced Senior Registered Nurses to join the Emergency Department team in this rural NSW setting. This is a four-week contract role, running from 28 September to 25 October 2026, with two positions available. You'll work in a close-knit healthcare environment where your clinical expertise and leadership will make a real difference to the community.

- Lead triage and emergency nursing in a rural ED setting with in-charge responsibilities
- Four-week contract with flexibility and the chance to support a vital community service
- Work alongside a dedicated team in the Northern Rivers region of NSW

Preferred Requirements

- Proven experience working in an emergency department workplace




- Demonstrated competence in triage assessment and patient prioritisation
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Experience in an in-charge or leadership capacity within an ED
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage high-acuity presentations

Preferred Qualifications

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated expertise in emergency nursing
- Additional certifications in trauma or critical care nursing are advantageous
