About the role:

You will work within a specialist front-end construction and projects team, advising on the development, procurement and delivery of major projects across Australia and internationally.

Your work will include:

- drafting and negotiating complex construction contracts;
- consultancy and project delivery agreements;
- procurement documentation;
- risk allocation and delivery structures; and
- strategic advice across major infrastructure and development mandates.

At Associate level, you will take on increasing responsibility across drafting, negotiations and client engagement.

At Senior Associate level, you will lead key workstreams, manage complex transactions and play a central role in client relationships.





The ideal candidate:

- For Associates, have at least 3-4 years' PQE with front-end construction, projects or infrastructure experience; and
- For Senior Associates with approximately 2-4 years' experience post-promotion and a robust track record in complex transactional construction work.
- Have excellent drafting skills, strong commercial judgement and the ability to navigate sophisticated contractual and project risk.
- Experience within a leading construction, projects or infrastructure practice will be highly regarded.
