Selections Consultant – Design 10 | Coffs Harbour

The Role

We’re looking for someone to join our team at our Design 10 Kitchen and Bathroom showroom.

Our focus though is to find that special person who is the right fit to join the team. With all the training provided to teach you how to become a Selections Superstar, just like the rest our showroom team.

Massive bonus if we find that certain someone who has experience working with builders and trades and knows how to manage the selection process from start to finish.

We’re flexible about the hours worked but this part-time position is around 25 hours a week & it will include a Saturday morning on an alternating roster basis

What You’ll Be Doing

· Manage the selection process for builders and their clients from initial consultation through to completion

· Work closely with customers to understand project requirements, budgets and timelines and keep projects on track

· Provide product knowledge and practical recommendations to suit each project

· Accurately document the selection and develop into quotes and orders

· Maintain strong relationships and build long-term partnerships with trade customers

What You’ll Bring

· A professional, organised and customer-focused approach

· Demonstrated experience managing selections, quotes and orders for residential builds or renovations

· Demonstrated ability to work accurately, maintain timelines and attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with builders,



trades and homeowners

· Strong product knowledge across kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures and finishes

· Confidence using computer systems and quoting/order management software

· A genuine interest in helping customers achieve the right outcome for their project
