We’re partnering with one of regional Australia’s most successful hospitality and entertainment businesses to find an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead a substantial, multi-outlet F&B; operation in Moama.

This isn't a single-venue management role.

You’ll oversee multiple food and beverage concepts ranging from high-volume casual dining through to premium restaurant operations, working through an established team of Venue Managers, Assistant Managers and frontline leaders.

It’s a big operation, with the complexity, volume and commercial accountability you’d expect from a major club, RSL, casino, hotel, resort or entertainment destination.

The role

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the broader F&B; operation, with a focus on:

Leading and developing a sizeable team of hospitality leaders

Driving service standards and guest experience across multiple outlets

Labour management, rostering and productivity

Coaching Venue Managers and emerging leaders

Building a strong, accountable and positive workplace culture

Delivering against budgets and commercial targets

Ensuring consistency across very different F&B; concepts

Remaining visible and connected to the operation

Who we're looking for

Your background could be in a large club or RSL, casino, hotel or resort, stadium, entertainment venue,



attraction or another complex multi-outlet hospitality environment.

More important than the logo on your CV is the scale and complexity you've operated within.

You’ll ideally have experience leading managers and large frontline teams, genuine responsibility for labour and financial performance, and the ability to move comfortably between commercial decision-making and being visible on the floor.

We’re looking for a hospitality operator first and foremost – someone who loves building teams, developing leaders and running great operations.
