- Execute wok cooking with strong technical skills
- Handle fast-paced service while maintaining quality and consistency
- Support the kitchen team during service
About you
- Experience working in a busy commercial kitchen
- Experience with Asian or Asian Fusion cuisine
- Robust wok cooking skills are highly preferred
- Ability to handle fast-paced service while maintaining quality and consistency
- Genuine passion for cooking and food
- Reliable,
