This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in quality, clinical governance or aged care who enjoys working with data and turning insights into meaningful action.
- Location: Melbourne, VIC
- Employment Type: Part Time (6 days per fortnight)
Reporting to the General Manager Quality & Risk, you’ll work closely with clinical, operational and senior leaders to support regulatory reporting, monitor quality performance, and drive continuous improvement across our growing healthcare network.

About the Role
As the Quality Data Coordinator, you will coordinate, analyse and report on quality, clinical and compliance data across the organisation.
A key focus of the role is overseeing the National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program (NQIP), ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance and meaningful reporting that supports better care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage NQIP reporting activities
- Analyse quality and clinical data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
- Develop reports, dashboards and performance insights for leaders and governance committees
- Support quality improvement initiatives and action plan monitoring
- Assist with accreditation, audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, governance and compliance
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to support quality and performance outcomes
About You
We’re looking for a quality-focused Registered Nurse who enjoys working with data, identifying trends and helping drive improvements that lead to better resident outcomes.
You’ll bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Experience in aged care quality, clinical governance, compliance or a similar healthcare role
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data clearly
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with reporting systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A cooperative approach and passion for continuous improvement
Experience with NQIP reporting accreditation processes, audit activities and business intelligence reporting tools will be highly regarded.
