In the interest of maintaining our industry leading build times, construction quality and customer service, we are searching for a candidate who understands the importance of these goals and wants to join our construction liaison team.

About the role

Reporting to the Buuilding Manager, you will support the day-to-day communication with our customers throughout the construction and maintenance of their home. Your duties will include:

- Supporting our Building Supervisors

- Responding to customer enquiries throughout the construction and maintenance period of their home

- Managing customer expectations around construction and maintenance milestones

- Communicating and co-operating with other departments

- Liaising with supervisors, customers, suppliers and various teams to deliver customer satisfaction

About you





You are proactive, clear in your communication, and genuinely committed to achieving positive outcomes for both customers and the business.

You will bring:

- Strong organisational and coordination skills

- The ability to meet targets and adapt to changing priorities

- Strong customer service skills

- Proficient computer skills, including a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong numeracy and literacy skills

- Experience in a similar role within the building industry is favourable but not essential
