$37.39 per hour + super + applicable shift allowances and overtime. Ongoing.

What Will I Be Doing?

Your day-to-day will include:

- Operating CNC machines and machining centres
- Setting up, monitoring and adjusting machinery to meet production requirements
- Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications
- Completing quality checks to ensure components meet required tolerances
- Identifying and reporting faults, defects and maintenance requirements
- Completing production records, pre-start checks and machine documentation
- Following all site safety, quality and operating procedures
- Supporting general production and operator duties when customer demand does not require the machining centres to operate

Before commencing in the CNC Machine Operator role, you’ll complete approximately six weeks of general Operator training to build your knowledge of the company’s products, processes and safety standards.

What Do I Need?

- Proven qualifications in machining and/or CNC operation
- Demonstrated experience operating CNC or other machining equipment
- References that can verify your machining experience and reliability
- Willingness to complete mechanical aptitude testing before appointment
- Willingness to complete approximately six weeks of general Operator training
- Flexibility to perform general operating duties when required
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career with the company
- Australian citizenship,



permanent residency or at least 18 months of proven Australian work experience, with valid working rights

When?

Hours: Day/Afternoon/Night shift available. Monday to Friday.

Start date: ASAP

Applicants must be willing to commit to their allocated shift on an ongoing basis.
