Bethany Christian Care is a not-for-profit aged care provider established in 1949. We have two facilities: The Plains Retirement Village at Eight Mile Plains and Janoah Gardens Retirement Village at Manly West.

To enable older people to experience abundant lives through authentic Christian care, support and communities.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The position exists to ensure the provision of a high standard of quality personal and clinical care, to maximise the independence and wellbeing of residents and meet their individual needs, choices, and preferences.

Personal and clinical care and services are to be delivered, respecting the resident’s dignity, identity, culture, diversity, privacy, and dignity of risk.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Previous experience in aged care is preferred.

- Ability to work across both locations: The Plains (Eight Mile Plains) and Janoah Gardens (Manly West).

- Part-time or Casual availability.

- Willingness to work a combination of morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

- Have the ability to work within our Christian values.

- Australian citizen, Permanent Resident or valid work rights.

- Current and valid AHPRA Registration.

- Valid Police Check
