An established Australian ladieswear fashion import & wholesale business is moving warehouses and has a large volume of premium stock: samples, discontinued and off-season stock to clear. Imported from Europe, Canada, UK & USA, the stock includes premium fashion and sneakers from Spain.
This is not a warehouse job. We're looking for a commercially driven operator with proven experience clearing off-price fashion stock to an established network of buyers and the ability to turn stock into cash.
4 x Key responsibilities, It's Simple:
- Develop the clearance strategy for sign off within agreed timeframe and sales targets
- Liquidate fashion stock by leveraging existing established networks of buyers including off-price retailers such as TK Maxx , clearance operators, market traders and independent retailers.
- Use your estensive social media skills to promote the clearance.
- Turn stock into cash and explicit the warehouse within the 3-month contract period
About you
- Established network of buyers in the fashion liquidation space.
- Previous experience utilising social media campaigns, and promotional tactics such as bulk deals, pallet quantities, selling to market stall traders & expereince conducting warehouse clearance events eg $X per kilo.
- Ability to access off-price retailers, clearance operators, market traders and independent retailers
- Ideally have relationships with off-price businesses such as TK Maxx or similar operators
- You are a commercially driven operator with proven ability to move stock

There is a base monthly fee to cover your expenses and a generous commission offered based on results.
